Why PhaseArc exists
One migration, done deliberately
Identity migration work tends to be reconstructed from scratch on every project: spreadsheets for inventory, scripts for execution, and email threads for evidence. PhaseArc exists because that work is repeatable, and because the parts that are not repeatable deserve the team's full attention instead.
The scope is deliberately narrow. PhaseArc covers migrations from Okta or Ping Identity to Microsoft Entra ID, and nothing else. That focus is what allows the discovery, mapping, wave planning, and validation work to be structured rather than improvised.
How we work
Principles behind the platform
Nothing moves without a treatment recorded against it first. The source platform keeps serving sign-ins until cutover is approved for that scope. Every wave has a fallback position defined before it runs, and validation is captured as evidence rather than as a verbal confirmation.
